Pros
Sharp upbeat group of owners, managers and agents. Nice work atmosphere features friendly feel in the office rarely found in companies of this size, first class tech tools, continuous ongoing training (but not shoved down your throat), learning opportunities and tools that work well for both new agents and top tier veterans or those wishing to take their business to the next level.
Cons
health care expenses and day to day business expenses of being a realtor add up quickly (even quicker if you are in a management capacity). Opportunity to succeed is there, but if times become lean stress level can rapidly increase.
