Pros
Great training. Everyone is helpful. There is many benefits direct from Century 21. Online trainings, memberships to realtor sites and much more, all made available.
Cons
Like many agencies, 100% commission. This can be hard on a realtor the first year. Better have another source of income or a working spouse.
