Pros
At times I didn't have to do much when there were few calls. Sundays I could sometimes do my homework.
Cons
Individual owners at every branch, many unprofessional agents. I worked weekends and they made a big deal if I had to call out. They have no accountability, they blame the bottom of the company for internal errors.
