I was overseeing operations recruitment, and I can tell you, standard could not be any lower. Was constantly instructed by leadership to go easy on candidates to chase headcounts. Wanting to give higher salary to good candidates, only to face rejection from the Top. All about cost cutting. This airlines is hopeless!
