Pros
Travel benefits and health insurance coverage are good. Start with 18 annual leaves for level B staff.
Cons
-Lower average salary than other departments and industry standards, -Difficult to work with much older seniors. -Lacking clear mentorship framework in comparison to those in graduate programs -No efforts in fostering better team relations. Never talk to colleagues besides work, feels so depressing and out-of-place. Everyone works on their own, difficult to be part of this team environment as a fresh grad. -Disorganized team, too much legacy practice in place, challenging for younger staff to be more productive and efficient as much catching up is needed. Some seniors are resistant to transitioning to modern practices, i.e. more technical solutions and methods. -Shuttle bus is ridiculously expensive and has too few services.
