Poor working environment in the development team - Assistant Procurement Manager Cathay Pacific Employee Review

The severe factionalism within the procurement team has been a persistent issue for quite some time now. Unfortunately, my team manager has not been helpful in addressing the transformation project problem. Instead of fostering a culture of teamwork, there is a culture of blame where only the manager is seen to be doing their best. This has created a challenging work environment for the team members and has negatively impacted productivity sure nothing to learn and contribute to my career path under her management.
