Pros
Always fly to the same destination so you can get used to it fairly fast. Only operate one of two night flights out of LA so you have the day to run your errands and night flights means passengers mostly sleep when they get on board. Paid from engine on to engine off plus 30 min of ground pay.
Cons
No chances to operate to other countries and there's a quite a focus on seniority in the company. The pay is quite low as well if you fly the average amount of flights given to you.
