Pros
Well balance between benefits with flying hours (Flying hours count from briefing time until aircraft landed with engine off) airline which maintain a high safety standards. Good reputation as a worldwide premium airline.
Cons
Lack of career enhancement opportunity (especially outport). Stable wage increase but less to moderate compare to some other airlines. Sometimes lack of support and protection against dispute with customer.
