If you are looking for a relatively stable environment, fairly good salary and fringe benefits (but not the top), working for a reputable multinational company, you should consider Cathay Pacific as one of your choices. Being a staff, you would also be able to learn more about British style of management, how one of the most difficult businesses is run successfully (Cathay Pacific Airways has won numerous awards and is regarded one of the best airlines, if not the best), how budgets are controlled, how the management pushes the staff to improve productivity continuously and how to retain people. Cathay Pacific used to favor expatriates, especially British for their Executive Trainees program. However, since the handover of Hong Kong to China, this has been changed.
