Pros
Flexible flight roster able to swap to own preference / days off etc. Most colleagues are nice and great to work with. Crew nowadays can request special meals which is good, before crew always got stuck with the left overs.
Cons
Very conservative in terms of management and policies. Cutting cost too madly, especially loyal customers notice. Flight patterns are cutting short which result in less pay. Staff travel can be hard to get on flights, staff get treated as beggars and treated last. Too much politics going on. Very slow promotion progress.
