      easy flowing environment, good staff, the company treats you well

      Cons

      if you have multiple jobs then it's a no-go, they expect fully open availability for a part-time position, I am able to give four days a week and specified that it is a secondary job but get some push back not being able to work the other days

      The WTC office is nice

      Cons

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
