      Casper tries to create a sense of family among its employees. They also offer product and cash incentives.

      Cons

      It's hard to get any notice unless you are an ASM or SM.

      The WTC office is nice

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
