Pros
CarMax is the best place I've worked in my 25 year career. In the Technology dept, it's a very low pressure environment with high work satisfaction. Teams are autonomous and can free to make decisions about process, tech stack, and even the direction they'd like to take the product. Good benefits, bonuses, stock grants, summer hours and unlimited PTO.
Cons
A lot of teams are on outdated tech stacks.
