- XF has hourly pay as well as monthly bonus - Employee discounts - Some associates - The job really isn't hard just the people make it hard
Cons
- Poor training. Too many robotic modules to sit through - Overall quality - Too many vehicles get pushed through production causing an uptick in 90 Day warranty work needing to be done. Upper management will tell you to pass a car because "it meets standards". - Top management (GM upward) - Unsupportive behavior from management - Managers will hound associates that continually do their work efficiently and accurately, yet other associates will sit on their phones and not do anything but nothing is said to them. If they did actually say something to these associates, like they claimed, nothing ever changes. At some point upper management needs take action and relieve those associates of their position. - Hypocrisy - Managers will discipline you for calling out or being late, and turn around and cross themselves out of the schedule or hide in the office for most of the day.
