Best is class leave/holiday calender follows Indian public holidays with the addition 24 paid leaves also in addition to all of this there is a wellness day of is given which I day off given to employees once in every quarter which is always scheduled on either Monday or Friday so the employee enjoys the long weekend and it's a paid leave which does not get deducted from your personal leaves. Years end hike is like peanuts in your salary you would not even feel any difference of pay is given is terms of hike in your salary. Office admins facilities sucks, no AC buses also limited bus services, male drop facility starts after 10.30 or 11 pm in night, no tissues in washrooms. Appraisal has not real meaning since even after appraisal employees are expected to perform to same level of task which he was doing earlier as it doesn't get added with some managerial responsibilities which usually we all aspects. It has very slow moving culture within office sometimes feels like we are in government offices where everybody works as per their own time. Rewards and recognition has no real value as nobody is really interested to recognise any good work done by anyone. Onboarding training is the worst amongst any organisation as they would aspect you learn in fews days and start working on clients as soon as possible. Office location Powai is challenge to travel because is in the centre of nowhere which is also not directly connected to metro nor trains, and if you travel by roads then traffic is the real pain point.
