      Pros

      Most people stay for the two year bonus then leave. The smart ones leave after a few months. They say the job is equity research but is just making tables. They lie and tell people they will get onboarded to the banks in NY but it never happens.

      Cons

      Crisil expects workers to work from 8 until 12 midnight. No balance. The pay is very very low and the company does not care about employees. They lie about promotions, opportunities. Everybody hates working there.

      Pros

      Very hands on with training and they were super understanding when I was pregnant and had my son. Pay was spectacular!!!

      Nothing really, hated when my contract ended
