1.HR is very smart they will show you all good things about company, employees growth, etc. and let you fall in trap. They will show you few peoples who became managers at a very early age and tell you that even you can achieve this. But the reality is one 1% are promoted. Rest many employees are at same position since many 10-15 years Too much slow growth!! 2. Even if you work hard, the rate of promotion is very slow here (don't know the reason why) 3. Very low salary- Salary offered is very low and HR is taking bad advantage of covid pandemic and offering less packages. I am getting less paid plus burning my health due to night shift. 4. Zero team dynamics :- Many employees are in their comfort zones there is no cross learning. Nor they contribute in developments 5. Old technology Old people- Still technology used here is of 2000's.
