      I dont find any pros to mention.

      Unprofessional behaviour of team leader towards team members, TL manipulates the lead provided to her if asked than told to mind your own business. Continous personal comments and demotivation. No appreciation for work done instead told that there is no space for such low performers. There are many such incidences but right now cant able to explain in detail.
