Depending on the background of the employee it is possible to join an interesting project, company is giving wide independency to its employees (strong self management is required), you have many opportunities to change the project you work for during the time of your employment,
Cons
Lack of trainings (only internal trainings are provided, but their quality is not satisfactory), requirement to stay overtimes in the office (depending on the project), not many space for self development as the work content consists mainly of daily repetitive tasks
