Crisil GR&A is not worth it - Analyst CRISIL Employee Review

I don't know from where to start, but below are the few experiences that many employees within CRISIL GRA have encountered: 1- Hiring team of GRA will project you some different project and will conduct client interview for some other project and once you join and if your stars are in correct position then you will get some other project. So in nutshell the entire hiring team of CRISIL GRA is full of crap 2-Once you join , you will asked to modify your CV as per the clients requirements with many tweaks and without giving you any sort of training or prep they will ask you to appear for the interview 3- Client Interviewers are under the impression that you are already aware of all the things mentioned in the CV(shared by crisil) but when they will grill you you will not be able to answer appropriately as profile is not in line so you will feel demotivated and humiliated 4- If you clear that round this means you are "lucky" otherwise they will sarcastically call you "INEFFICIENT and USELESS" 5- They will keep you on bench and will ask you to prepare CV's of other candidates and that's the entire job you have to do and believe me they take very seriously these profile because that's how they fooling their clients 6- They don't have many clients left as clients are also realizing their falseness due to which various employees are on BENCH 7- You can be asked to do anything except what you want to pursue and for what you were hired 8- No team spirit, very bad working environment. No co-operation at all 9- No market standards 10- No incentives, no team bonding activities, no cab, no subsidized foods, appraisal will range around 5-6 % annually and if you outperform and have goo connections with your manager then you can think of 8-10% This is only for GR&A while rest of the teams are quite good and have a quality work. If you have offer from CRISIL GRA please think twice before accepting it
