      Good learning on the basics, flexible work timings, knowledge sharing amongst departments and the amenties provided to employees are good.

      Cons

      The HR department doesn't work, sloppy management amongst the senior management with less decision making skills, promotions based on personal equations with seniors..

      Very hands on with training and they were super understanding when I was pregnant and had my son. Pay was spectacular!!!
