They talk all that they can well but no action is taken . They pretend to hear but unfortunately they don't Good for first timers. People who has previous job experiences in corporate kindly avoid as this is a company trying to become corporate
Cons
Pays dividend but no hike Growth is slow. I have seen top management people being pushed or move . I have seen internal good bye emails with trauma with no support from team. If you are up for late nights and can handle work being demanded in unrealistic timelines this is the company you should join
