- Amazing people who are always happy to help and support - I have learned a lot and gained a lot of experience - Working from home is possible

Cons

- only 20 days of holiday and vey limited days of sickness - hight turnover

Regarding holidays, 20 days is only applicable for the 1st year of service after that time, holiday days increase accordingly.
