Pros
It is the main science Agency of Argentina, and knowledge just flows in every conversation, laboratory and institute. Awesome hard-working people doing science, who are struggling to to great science with 0 resources.
Cons
CONICET's management just doesn't cut it. Great research lines killed by poor management, no place for innovation, thousands of miles of red tape and those that are supposed to manage HR are just the worse. Instead of helping the worker achieve his/her maximum potential, they just cut the almost none-existing benefits down to zero.
