Poder trabajar en los temas que a uno le interesa y en los que se formó. Nosotros teníamos flexibilidad horaria.

Cons

Salarios bajos, pocas actualizaciones de salario. No reconocido como un trabajo. Como becario mucho depende del lugar de trabajo en particular. A nosotros solos nos dejaban tomarnos dos semanas de vacaciones en verano y una en invierno aunque fuera un mes por reglamento.

Heavy demands from directors and conicet itself to keep in the institution. Too litle, outragious payment. Many directors are violent and abuse of their power
