Cons
This company has become a textbook example of everything wrong in corporate culture, especially in its India offices. This is typical manufacturing company. If you're considering joining — think again. You’ll be stepping into a broken system with no future. Here’s the ugly truth: No Work-Life Balance: Be prepared for late-night calls with US counterparts, often going till 10 PM or beyond. Your time, personal life, and well-being are never considered. Burnout is guaranteed. Work-From-Office Hypocrisy: WFO policies are not only rigid, they’re wildly inconsistent and unfair. Example: Salteline Pune has just 2 days WFO, while Gurgaon is forced into 4 days with no justification. No logic, no transparency — just arbitrary decisions and favoritism. Toxic Team Culture: In some teams, the work culture is absolutely poisonous. Groupism, bootlicking, and internal politics are how people survive. It’s not about teamwork — it’s about protecting your own job, even if it means throwing others under the bus. Collaboration is dead. Dead Software Vision: The original promise of building quality software is long gone. Now the India teams are stuck doing mechanical engineering-related tasks or endlessly fixing broken code. No creativity, no innovation, no ownership — just grunt work. Indian Managers Are Bureaucrats, Not Leaders: Most Indian managers exist purely for people control. No technical guidance, no vision — just power games, micromanagement, and protecting their own turf. If you’re hoping for leadership or mentorship, forget it. Chaotic Policy Changes: New rules appear overnight. There’s no communication or reasoning — just sudden shifts. Whether it's working hours, job roles or appraisals, policies feel like they’re made on a whim. Layoffs, Rumors, and Fear: The first round of layoffs has already started in India. Italy saw it last year, and now, fresh rumors suggest more are coming. The environment is soaked in fear and uncertainty. No Promotions, No Raises: Since 2022, the company has basically hit pause on career growth. Bonuses have been reduced to near zero. The tiny bonus pool was handed to a few chosen ones — a cheap, manipulative move to silence the noise while most employees got nothing. India is Treated Like a Dumping Ground: Major development is being shifted out of India. Indian engineers are being sidelined — handed maintenance and bug-fixing while the real work goes elsewhere. No Strategy, No Leadership, No Future: The company has no clear vision for its future, especially for India. Every decision is reactive, not strategic. Employees are kept in the dark, and morale is at an all-time low. THIS REVIEW IS FOR ISE DEPARTMENT (SOFTWARE) ONLY IN INDIA (GURGAON, PUNE AND BANGLORE). IT HAS OTHER DEPARTMENT ALSO. THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THEM. THIS REVIEW IS FOR EXPERIENCED SOFTWARE PROFESSIONAL . Final Word: Don’t Fall for the Trap. People are trying to leave as they are getting opportunity outside. As per me this company wouldn't be stable in next 4 years. This company is toxic at the core — broken teams, clueless leadership, zero career path, and constant instability. If you care about your mental health, growth, or even basic professional respect, do yourself a favor: stay far away.
