      Pros

      CNH provided me with a lot of opportunities to grow in my profession and education. They paid for my MBA, gave me steady raises, bonuses and had wonderful benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of employees travel quite substantially and they did not offer comp. time for the additional hours / days away from home.
