      Pros

      401k is the best part, you get to work on some amazing products.

      Cons

      Management and HR could care less about you and would rather nickel and dime you. They just want "Yes" engineers. Upper management has lost all touch with reality or what it actually takes to get things done. They would rather feed their bosses with pipe dreams than communicate the reality of a situation.
