Don't work at CNH in Purchasing - Anonymous employee CNH Industrial Employee Review

Upper level management, particularly in Purchasing is completely incompetent. Extremely political place to work. If you like game playing rather than actually accomplishing any thing, then CNH is the place for you. Employee review system is a complete joke and uses the bell curve.
