Pros
Initial salary and 401k are very competitive. The people you work with and interact with on a daily basis are great and always willing to help. Everyone leans on each other to keep up with high work load, and often succeed. Office drama is almost non-existent. Salary employees enjoy flexible work hours/days for the most part. Products are innovative and ahead of their time. Due to the large amount of roles never backfilled, may employees have very diverse and specialized skills that they would usually not acquire in their roles.
Cons
Glacial at best response time to quality issues with products, even costly systematic problems. Upper management has tunnel vision, only looking at short term cost savings/profits. This prevents any significant short or long term changes that in the long term will benefit both our customers and our bottom line. Incredibly high amounts of turn-over in many departments. This is compounded by the seemingly unwillingness to hire or attract more qualified headcount When the experienced employees leave, so does their vital knowledge and edge over the competition.
