Pros

Salary credited on time. A few genuinely good colleagues - but most of them have already left.

Cons

Appraisals & Bonuses are a Joke: Promotions and raises are delayed, unfair, and based entirely on favoritism. They mean nothing here. Meetings are a Waste: Endless, pointless meetings where nothing gets done - just managers trying to appear busy while developers’ time is squandered. Micromanagement at Its Worst: Forced to work in the office four days a week, even for remote roles. No flexibility, no trust. Managers lack basic empathy. My request to work from home was flat-out rejected. Toxic, Insecure Senior Employees: The so-called “senior” employees are the main reason this place is unbearable. Most are stuck in outdated mindsets, driven by insecurity and ego. Instead of mentoring or guiding, they gossip, manipulate, and actively undermine younger, capable hires who show talent or initiative. They view new talent as a threat and go out of their way to block anyone who shows potential. Collaboration is replaced by politics, learning is discouraged, and innovation is crushed before it even starts. The culture has decayed because of their insecurity and inflated sense of authority. Working here was one of the worst experiences of my career - not because of the workload, but because of the toxic attitude of these insecure seniors who cannot handle growth, change, or talent around them. This environment slowly destroys confidence, stifles progress, and drives away anyone with ambition or integrity. Arrogant, Disrespectful Managers: Managers treat employees like servants, especially in Gurugram. Ego and office politics are rampant. Outdated Projects, No Growth: You're stuck working on legacy systems with no learning opportunities. There’s no chance to grow or innovate here. Gurugram Office Is a Dump: The office is in horrible condition - lack of privacy, hygiene issues, washrooms right next to desks. It's embarrassing. Cafeteria Hygiene Is Poor: The food quality is extremely poor - once even noticed insects in it. Food coupons are practically useless. "Wellness Room" is a Joke: They do have one so-called “wellness room,” but it’s a joke - a tiny space with just a sofa and a small glass window where anyone passing by can see inside. no privacy, and zero comfort. It’s not a wellness room, it’s a storage closet. HR is Robotic & Arrogant: HR follows policies blindly, with no empathy or flexibility. They don’t care about your concerns. Toxic Environment for Women: Highly toxic atmosphere for women - genuine, hardworking women who don’t play politics can’t survive here. Indian Managers Add Zero Value: Real work is driven by overseas teams (US, Italy, Australia), who are far more respectful, but ultimately powerless under the ego-driven local leadership. Pointless Office Attendance: You’re forced to come to the office just to attend remote calls. It’s an outdated mindset with no real purpose. Promotions Are Based on Politics: Performance doesn’t matter. Promotions, ratings, and awards are decided in advance, based purely on office politics. No Recognition for Effort: One mistake erases all your hard work. There’s zero appreciation for anything you do. Fake Feedback Culture: Feedback is a joke. You’re asked for it just to check a box. Nothing ever changes. Environment Destroys Your Confidence: The toxic atmosphere wears you down. Even the most positive people start questioning themselves. Endless Blame Games, No Solutions: Meetings are just opportunities for managers to blame others. No problem-solving or accountability. Morale Is Completely Broken: Most engineers are just waiting for the chance to leave. There’s no motivation, no drive, no hope left. No Learning Culture, No Growth: There’s no focus on learning or professional development. The culture is stagnant and unmotivated. Mental Health Is Ignored: You're treated like a headcount, not a person. Your mental health doesn’t matter here. Politics Is Everywhere: Office politics start from the top and trickle down. Speak up and you’ll quickly find yourself sidelined. "Global" Company, Local Dictatorship: The company claims to be “global,” but the India operations run like a small, authoritarian regime.
