Decent pay for the work Unionized for job security of full-time employees
Cons
They run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will not hesitate to call you at 4am to work if they are short on staff. A lot of over-time. Part-time people are disposable and will be treated as such. Very poor training. Little upward mobility. Not a positive work environment. Majority of food preparation staff do not speak English adequately, making communication incredibly difficult.
