      Very poor training, no consideration for employee well-being

      Pros

      Decent pay for the work Unionized for job security of full-time employees

      Cons

      They run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They will not hesitate to call you at 4am to work if they are short on staff. A lot of over-time. Part-time people are disposable and will be treated as such. Very poor training. Little upward mobility. Not a positive work environment. Majority of food preparation staff do not speak English adequately, making communication incredibly difficult.

      Pros

      Very hard to find one. Unfortunately I didn't see any. Before all the good staff in the office left between 2015-2016 there were some kind of team work!

      Cons

      Everything you can possibly think of. All of the above 'Cons' comments are true. From chefs double standards to employees working in silos! Upper managements are all rookies and in their 20's getting big salaries and everyone else 'non unionized' employees specifically is considered to be third class citizens. Not to mentioned 90% of new hires are from Maple Leaf. New GM comes from maple leaf. It has been so bad that office staffs have started to just leave work and never come back.
