Pros

You can make as much as you want $$$, work with great people, and commission is paid out monthly

Cons

You are WATCHED and questioned all the time like you're 3 years old, you stand all day, the company is still trying to find its identity. I say that because there are changes from corporate every week and they do not hire managers properly. They should be hiring SALES managers but they hire managers who no NOTHING about sales nor anything about YOUR position. Yet they are over and only want to TELL you what to do because they can not and WILL not help you. They stay in their office pretending like they have SO much work to do. Corporate positions are constantly changing so you never know who to call. Your restroom breaks are monitored worse than a 3 year old. A 3 year old is allowed to go to the restroom when they have to go, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Pros

CLEAR offered remote work, schedule flexibility, and good benefits. The workload was manageable at times, and some leaders were supportive and helpful when available.

Cons

The role often felt fast-paced, high-pressure, corporate, and metrics-heavy. Policies were somewhat clear but not always, and expectations were not always realistic. There were training gaps, frequent policy changes, limited growth opportunities, and not always enough time or support to do the job well. Speed often seemed to matter more than quality. Communication and organization were also challenges. Knowledge documents were difficult to locate, even with keywords that should have produced clear results, which made it harder to assist members efficiently and accurately. Some feedback from management also felt discouraging because mistakes were not always approached as coaching opportunities.
