Pros

-The pay is good ($13 hourly) for what you do even without commission . -Commission. -You can become very close with your coworkers. -Not hard work at all. -Only benefit as part time is use of Clear lane when traveling.

Cons

-Standing for long periods (least of your problems) -It feels like high school drama everyday. Including the managers, they will talk behind your back or speak to you like a child. -Top sellers will be the Manager’s favorites even if they are crooked. -No matter how many coworkers complain about a “favorite’s” performance, morals, or whatever they won’t do anything about it. You can get in trouble for doing the same exact thing their “favorite” did but they’ll be let off the hook. -They’re will be very rude members but you’ll learn how to deal with it. -Rules are always changing within the airport because the managers have horrible communication. -You can become to hate your coworkers due to managers incapability to deal with a problem fairly. -You only get full benefits as full-time.

Pros

CLEAR offered remote work, schedule flexibility, and good benefits. The workload was manageable at times, and some leaders were supportive and helpful when available.

Cons

The role often felt fast-paced, high-pressure, corporate, and metrics-heavy. Policies were somewhat clear but not always, and expectations were not always realistic. There were training gaps, frequent policy changes, limited growth opportunities, and not always enough time or support to do the job well. Speed often seemed to matter more than quality. Communication and organization were also challenges. Knowledge documents were difficult to locate, even with keywords that should have produced clear results, which made it harder to assist members efficiently and accurately. Some feedback from management also felt discouraging because mistakes were not always approached as coaching opportunities.
