The (male) leadership are ineffective, insecure, and unkind. They lead with emotion, not logic or data, which makes everyone's work less efficient. They don’t care about their employees and have a warped view of what modern work life should be. They’ll throw a full-blown tantrum if reality or data doesn’t match their opinion.
