      Rotas are set up 3 weeks in advance,Staff discount on food and drinks,plenty of career developments,different departments to work in from Front of House to Cook,good team work and online training, bonuses, health care plan and pension scheme.

      Cons

      Long unsociable hours 14 hour shifts unless it's an events night you could be working from 10am Saturday till 2am the next morning,
