Pros
Excellent work-life balance. Supportive colleagues Freedom to make mistakes and learn without being ridiculed or it being pointed out. Varied Projects, not every instance was the same. Paid for professional progression courses. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my tenure at Buzz and would like to thank them for the opportunity.
Cons
Communication across the business could be better. Lack of Transparency between the business seems every department works in SILOS. Very dependent on Third parties to move things along. The cost of living has affected buzz; due to this, it seems like the business is moving in a different direction and shaping up to sell.
