Don’t care about their people - Manager Buzz Bingo Employee Review

No breaks for managers doing 12 hour shifts. Work life balance non existent. Staff expected to work multiple short shifts in a day just to make up hours. Hierarchy know of all the employment law breaches but ignore them. Some levels of management get paid less than lower levels and nothing is done. No career path. No training. No prospects. Unreasonable targets always changing. Staff and managers are always exhausted but have to pick up extra shifts because of staff shortages and new hires don’t stay in the job as soon as they realise how bad things are.
