Pros
Create great relationships with customers, the work is very varied and lots of opportunity to work in many roles, good management program that I began but unfortunately had to leave shortly before completing.
Cons
Hours aren’t great unless you have very little other commitments, long days are essentially split shifts. Staff can be very difficult, the work environment was not pleasant. Pay at the lower roles is low for a lot of work.
