Pros
Lovely colleagues who are all on the same level as you, have a laugh etc. The hours part time are actually “ok” and can work within school hours
Cons
Management is awful!!!!!! You are nothing more than a number to them. They don’t care about you and talk to you like filth. There is absolutely no means of promotion. You hear all the good things at the induction but it’s not like that at all. I have been there 3 years and the person who has been there 8 years plus is on the same wage.
