Pros
There are lots of jobs to do so you are always on your toes. Get to meet customers and have a social experience on the job. Form professional relationship with customers which make the days fly by. Opportunities (dependent on the club) in all the different departments.
Cons
In my experience (every club differs) Management don't really listen to your needs (university students) You get stuck with multiple tasks at one time that aren't necessarily your responsibilities. Can be very stressful during the shift.
