Terrible Company - Senior Software Engineer Broadcom Employee Review

Broadcom very clearly does not care about people. Every decision is made with only the bottom line of the company in mind. They pay decently well, but their other benefits are below average, and they even admit this. They say they pay well so you can pay for what you need. This may be fine for some, but not for me.
