Pros

Decent salary, great benefits (all but stock incentives), company is innovative and seems to be committed to increasing market share, unfortunately they haven't achieved this in their mobile/wireless business.

Cons

Stock incentives have been declining for last 9 years, probably due to growth of company. A large number of their top engineers and managers/directors have been leaving for Qualcomm, no longer hiring "the best of the best" as they like to tell you in the interview. Schedule driven to the point of sacrificing efficiency and quality. Watch out for managment in Colorado office!
