      Overall compensation package is good

      Cons

      IT operates in 'keep the lights on' mode and does not invest much to advance IT services for the company as a whole. Little incentive to remain w the company if the goal is to grow as technologist.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
