Pros
Well established brand and products. Internal training and learning platform are well developed. Head office help desk is very helpful too despite that difference in timezones.
Cons
It's hard not to work on your days off because everyone want to get the deal sealed under his/her own name. And the cultures would vary depending on the selected management because of the way that it is franchised over different places. The management were a little bit doing whatever they want, which is possible to be taken as unprofessional.
