      - Managers very super accessible and easy to talk to - Lateral and upward mobility were fairly common and encouraged - Management acted on feedback and regularly gave eedback - Lots of snacks and food in the office

      Cons

      - Some managers micr-managed - Not the best pay - Rotating schedules (this might just come with the nature of that job)
