Pros
BA has been around for a few years and is a publicly traded org on nasdaq (APRN) however that didn’t stop the org from having the closely knit startup vibe. The people that work there are serious about their craft. Work hard play hard. Plenty of room for growth.. there are many challenges to figure out in this space. Perfect for an engineer!
Cons
The good news is the food is *very* fresh, deliveries are on time, but occasionally you’ll get a busted gel pack or leaky soy sauce in your knick knacks. Not the delivery guys/gals fault... the outside of the box is unscathed. Employees are definitely subscribers to the service and have these issues also, but aren’t delivering innovative resolutions to those issues fast enough. Other food related delivery startups are iterating faster and hitting higher customer satisfaction ratings. Their churn is also higher but they can afford it. To be clear. Love this company. THE FOOD IS SUPER FRESH. I’m still a subscriber today. But they need great talent like you! If you want to help solve really cool problems.. work there! Highly recommend.
