Pros

easy job (its just customer service sending Blue Apron customers emails and calling them), okay pay, full-time work, easy to climb ranks

Cons

CRAZY levels of micromanaging, cold & unfriendly management (patronising, ignores your questions or act like your bothering them), bad/lazy training, management wont listen to employee concerns or customer concerns, uses slimy marketing tactics, company refuses to evolve to customer needs

We are incredibly proud of the work our Customer Experience team does every day to ensure our customers' needs are met and we are constantly seeking ways to improve. We just recently unveiled a new customer chat function, so our customers have a new, quick, and easy way of communicating with us.
