      Pros

      People who work at BA are very passionate about the company and care about changing the food system for the better. People genuinely love their job and care about the impact that BA is having on the people who use the service. Great culture & people.

      Cons

      Because it's a start up environment, you have to be adaptable with the growth of the company. The upper management is very proactive in training employees in leadership positions.
